How JobLoop works

A straightforward loop that turns a finished job into either a public review or a private conversation — never a surprise.

1. Add a completed job

When a job wraps up, add the customer and job details to JobLoop — either yourself or through your office staff. It takes under a minute.

2. Send a review request

JobLoop emails the customer a short, friendly message asking about their experience. You control the delay — right away or a day or two later, once the dust has settled.

3. Collect customer feedback

The customer opens a simple page carrying your business's name, picks a rating, and can leave a comment if they'd like.

4. Guide satisfied customers toward Google

When feedback is positive, the customer sees a clear, optional link to leave a review on your Google Business Profile.

5. Handle concerns privately

When a rating is lower, the customer is thanked and told the business has received their feedback — and you get a private alert so you can follow up directly.

6. Track everything in the dashboard

Every request and every response — sent, delivered, opened, responded, or failed — is tracked in one place, alongside your customer records.

A note on honesty

JobLoop cannot guarantee that a negative review will never be posted publicly, and it never manipulates or suppresses Google reviews. What it does is give every customer a private channel to raise concerns first, so your business has a real chance to respond before anything goes public.
