Privacy Policy

Account information: business name, your name, email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and team member details you add.

Your customers' information: names, email addresses, and/or phone numbers you upload so we can send review requests on your behalf, plus their responses (ratings, feedback text) submitted through a JobLoop feedback page.

Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. JobLoop does not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.

Usage data: log data such as pages visited, actions taken in the dashboard, and delivery/open status of emails and texts we send.

We use this information to operate the Service: sending review requests on your behalf, hosting feedback pages, showing your dashboard data, processing subscription payments, providing customer support, and improving the product. We don't sell personal information.

To operate JobLoop, information is shared with the following processors, each bound by their own privacy and security practices:

• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Twilio — SMS delivery for review requests
• Resend — email delivery for review requests and notifications
• OpenAI — generating AI-drafted review reply suggestions, where used
• Google — if you connect your Google Business Profile, to read and manage your business reviews
• Supabase / hosting infrastructure — database storage and application hosting (Vercel)

A Business is responsible for having appropriate consent from its own customers before uploading their contact information to JobLoop for review requests. Customers who receive a text message from JobLoop on a Business's behalf can reply STOP to opt out of future texts, and every email includes an unsubscribe option.

We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain data for a reasonable period afterward in case you reactivate, then delete it, unless we're required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account's data, and a Business's customers can request that their information be removed from a Business's JobLoop account, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and hashed passwords — to protect data, but no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

JobLoop is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
