Terms of Service

JobLoop is a subscription platform that helps home-service businesses ("Business," "you," "your business") request, collect, and manage customer reviews and feedback, including sending review requests by email and SMS, hosting a feedback page for customers, and optionally drafting AI-assisted replies to Google Business reviews.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial-month refunds except where required by law.

We may change plan pricing or features going forward. If we do, we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before the change applies to their subscription.

As part of using JobLoop, you'll upload contact information (such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers) for your own customers so the Service can send them review requests. You represent that you have the legal right to share that information with us and to contact those individuals by email and SMS for this purpose — including, where required, their prior consent to receive text messages under applicable law (such as the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act).

You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests from your customers and for the accuracy of the customer data you provide. JobLoop is not liable for your noncompliance with consent or communications laws applicable to your own business.

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications, to submit false or manipulated reviews, to attempt to suppress or manipulate genuine negative feedback in a way that violates a review platform's own policies (including Google's), to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

JobLoop may offer AI-drafted suggestions, such as draft replies to Google reviews, using third-party AI providers. These drafts are suggestions only — you're responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before it's posted publicly. We don't guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated text.

JobLoop relies on third-party providers to operate, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI (AI-drafted content), and Google Business Profile (review data, where you connect your account). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. JobLoop does not guarantee any particular volume of reviews, review ratings, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
